Returns & Exchanges

At 40nine, we want you to love your timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn watches within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging with protective films intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your 40nine watch in its original box, ensuring all tags and warranty cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our quality control department for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
